Noisey-motes is March Contest Folder-2 weeks left! LETS MAKE SOME NOISE PEOPLE!!
This months "Contest Folder" is Noisey! I'm looking for an emoticon bothered by (or perhaps making ) loud or irritating sounds! Maybe when the noise is too much, it has a quiet place to go to. $50 in art prizes is up for grabs to the best representations!

RULES:
Must be a new deviation (submitted after Mar 1st)
Must have something to do with "noise". Feel free to explain if it's a bit vague.
Static or animated accepted
Must have at least one emote
Must be submitted to the Emoticon Gallery
Entry must be submitted to the contest folder by midnight 31 March EST (0400 GMT APR 1st)
Winners from previous month may enter as non-competing.
Entries may be submitted in other contests.
