Change the date of the EAD from May 12th to the 1st Sunday of May.
Change the date of the EAD from May 12th to the 2nd Saturday of May.
Ignore the deviants who have to work and go to school and host it on monday.
Host the Main Event on the following sunday.
Host 2 Events, the main event on monday and some smaller events on the following sunday.

Why not the previous Sunday, literally the day before? The second Sunday. (You've got 2nd Saturday there, and 1st Sunday, but no 2nd Sunday.)
