Congrats!
The Challenges will be on a small break, I want to focus on contest Entries and the Emoticon Appreciation Day.
Every 2 weeks there will be a new theme and different rules.
Even though this isn't a Contest there will be 3 winners and badges for all participants. The main goal is to challenge yourself. The winners will be chosen by the participants (by sending a note to me with their favourite entry, you can't vote for yourself. If nobody votes then there won't be a winner). The winner will chose the next theme and the new set of rules.
But I will be the host for the first 5 Challenges. (which means I will pick the rules/themes for the Challenges)
Theme:
"Book scenes"You could pick any kind of book (comic book, instruction manual, novel, e-book etc.), pick a scene from the book and create an Emoticon for it.
In the description you would have to include which book you used and on which page you can find the scene.

BONUS CHALLENGES
Colours: - max 30:
To win the bonus Challenge you have to use less than 30 colours. Transparency not included.
Transparency: - No
To win the bonus Challenge you have to add a background to the Emoticon.
Frames - min 10 - max. 40
To win the bonus Challenge you have to use more than 10 Frames and less than 40 Frames.
Send me a note with your Entry, include in the description that it is for this challenge.
If it fits to theme of other contests then you can enter them with your Emote as well.
You can enter as often as you want.
Your piece needs at least 1 Emoticon.
It has to be a new Emoticon. (Created after the theme has been announced.)
For the first 5 Challenges, winners of the previous challenged can enter with their Emote as competing entry. As soon as the winner of the previous challenge will be the "host" of the new challenge they can enter as non-competing entry. They may decline to be the "host" of the Challenge, then I would be the "host".
In this case "host" means that they can pick the new theme and Rules but I would post the Journal.
Do you have any questions?
