My first real Pixel-Art
Since not many Deviants/Pixel Artists entered the "nostalgia" Contest, I decided to enter it The Contest ends on June 12th. Maybe you could try to create an Entry As you can see i tried to pixel a Nintendo and and a Gameboy The story behind this: My first Game console was the Super Nintendo and i remember so many awesome things, when I see one but the sad thing is that my mother gave it to my little Cousin because she thougt that i am too old for it And the Gameboy It was a good time Commentsyeah...Nintendo rules.
Ich vermiss mein SNES irgendwie. Ich hab ja sogar noch das ganz alte Nintendo System gehbt. Das mit den eckigen controlern, von denen man dann immer so scheiß Abdrücke in den Händen hatte. Hast du wirklich klasse gamcht. -- meshuga. deine mum hat´s kaputt gemacht? man sollte eltern einfach nicht in die nähe technischer geräte lassen^^.
das bild ist toll geworden, da kommen wirklich nostalgische gefühle auf *gerade an den c64 denken muss My mother almost threw my NES in the garbage because it stopped playing.
THANK GOD for replacement parts, I was able to save it! She did sell my first Texas Instrument PC and my first Commodore 64... She's not getting her hands on my current C64, it was my papy's! -- Commission me! I do everything and a half! DA TACO CLUB! OMG! My mom gave my nintendo to my cousing too!

Critiques
You certainly covered the nostalgia, since it clearly shows two of the most awesome gamesystems ever. The glass is a good touch since it shows the respect for those 2 giants of the past.
The technique could use some refinement, as the SNES looks a bit too blocky. from a pixelart standpoint, the reflections/transparency effects are often too subtile and up the color count quite a bit. ( potentialy 3 times the needed colors )
Speaking about colors, I might add, that the systems themself got just the right colors, while the rock (?) base just seems plain, and not quite right. The lightsource is a bit confusing as well.
Something that seems a bit off is the placement of the glass-box itself, as it is not centered - though, possibly, switching the positions of the two gamingsystems might fix this.
Still this deviation shows great effort! you can 'feel' that.
