She is a very talented emoticonist and pixel artist, having won the Static Emoticonist award in the 2011 EmoteAwards, and nominated for other awards in 2012, including Emoticonist of the Year. Online and Offline by ~ButterSandwich, submitted on March 17, 2009.
These are neat little status emotes that I myself wish I could use in Skype. It's a neat concept to have the online emote sitting on top of the bar while the offline emote is hanging onto it in it's sleep. The animations on each are also nice touches.

Giant emotes are an important trend in emoticon art styles. With it's different way of shading and facial expressions, this is a good example of what they should be like, and is also a good example of a great gift to a friend.
